On checkout and after property inspection, we will refund the full amount to your credit card.
Just like car rental we will visit the property with our guests on checkin date, an inspection verification document will be signed along with a copy of the guest identification.
Booking charges are paid in advance in conjunction with the booking, by credit card only.
Refund and cancellations?
When cancelling less than 24 hours before the arrival date no refund will be made. Please see out cancellation policy.

Force majeure? Olit can cancel a reservation without notice in advance due to force majeure, strike or other circumstances out of control of Olit.com. Full refund will be made in this case.
Olit.com will be waiting for you at front desk upon your arrival, electronic or paper copy of the reservation must be with you during checkin.
By making a reservation and payment the guest accepts his responsibility for any defect or damage to the room/condo, the building, furniture, equipment etc. incurred during his stay including any cost of extra cleaning.
